Dear British Petroleum (BP):

Just how much longer is it going to take for you to clean up The Gulf Of Mexico? This environmental disaster has already taken its toll on countless numbers of species, many of which are already endangered. This disaster has already fouled some of the most pristine beaches in The United States it is only a matter of time before your oil washes up on the shores of Mexico, Belize & maybe even Cuba. That is the last thing our country needs is for this disaster to get too big. We have enough problems on the global scale.  I have seen your commercials about your commitment to be there until this spill is cleaned up, where are you going to be then? This is not something that can be taken care in terms of money now. Will BP be there 20 years from now, when the wild life is gone or there are no fishermen there in the gulf, or for the number of people who develop diseases related to this spill? Time will only tell, I for one don’t think that you will be there or will you be bought out by another petroleum conglomerate who will not give a damn what your company did to our environment!
